What to Expect

You will immediately feel at home the moment you walk in the door.

If you’ve ever gone to a social event where you didn’t know anyone, you know how uncomfortable that can make you feel.  Our goal is to eliminate every shred of apprehension and make you feel at home.

Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. No surprises!

Your First Visit

When you arrive at our Belleville practice, you will be warmly greeted!  We want you to feel comfortable so please ask any questions that you may have at any time!  After completing some brief paperwork, Dr. Enyart will meet with you to take a thorough health history.  Afterward, he will ask you questions about your specific health problem and how it impacts your daily living and he will then perform an exam based on the condition you are dealing with.  Every individual case is different, but this first visit generally takes approximately 30-60 minutes.

Second Visit

During the second visit, Dr. Enyart will share his findings with you; this is called your “Report of Findings.”   The purpose of the Report of Findings is to explain the treatment options available to you so that you can make an informed decision about the care you are to receive.  Every patient receives a treatment plan individualized to his or her case and condition.

A Typical Office Visit

Since every case is different, a typical visit to Enyart Chiropractic is unique to each and every patient.  During these office visits, Dr. Enyart performs specific treatments in order to improve the quality of each patient’s daily life.  Generally speaking, a typical office visit is much shorter than the first and second visit.  We know you’re busy so we try to be as efficient as possible while you are in our office.

Dr. Jay Asks some important questions of interest to Belleville residents - Chiropractor Belleville Dr. Jay Asks...

What does a chiropractic adjustment do?
Chiropractic adjustments give your spine a little "nudge" at the right place, right time and the right direction so your body can use that energy to "right" itself. With a schedule of consistent chiropractic visits, a new, healthier spinal pattern emerges.
What happens if you stop chiropractic care when you feel better?
Many Belleville folks recognize that this predisposes you to a relapse. Chiropractors know that muscles and ligaments supporting the spine don't fully heal until after symptoms subside.
